Your Role in VT Markets
To help us grow our business in Europe and Latin America, we are seeking a motivated and data-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Marketing Executive to support our promotional and CRM initiatives, while contributing to the broader marketing function.
Job Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management, client engagement, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with marketing analytics tools (PowerBI, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Experience in performance marketing, loyalty programs, or growth marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and behavioural targeting in online investment brokerage industry is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include
1. Promotional Campaign Management
Coordinate with backend development team to ensure promotional campaign setup, system logic, and delivery accuracy.Liaise with Global Marketing team on campaign planning, materials, and execution, adapting initiatives for local relevance and compliance.Arrange campaign-related communications (email, push, SMS, in-app banners, landing pages, etc.) to ensure consistent and timely rollout.Monitor campaign results and provide feedback for optimization.2. CRM & BAU Communications
Manage day-to-day CRM sends (emails, push notifications, SMS) including trading stimulation campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and IB (Introducing Broker) communications.Ensure accurate segmentation, scheduling, and reporting of CRM activities.Continuously analyze performance data to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.3. (Bonus) Digital Paid Advertising (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with digital paid ads (Google, Meta, programmatic) in bidding, optimization, and reporting will be considered a strong advantage, but not a core requirement for the role.What Success Looks Like
