You will have a chance to perform a variety of assurance and testing work, and build a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries. Given the many opportunities to work with different engagement teams and managers, you will need to be able to work in teams. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to acquire technical and soft skills and be assigned to other aspects of the engagement.
