Job Description
- To be responsible for the filing and storage of design calculation, project documents and structural tracing.
- To assist in preparation and submission of proposals, tenders and registration with the clients.
- To provide support to technical staff.
- To assist in manpower chart circulation.
- To assist in liaising with the external parties (clients, contractors, etc) in achieving requirement of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO37001.
- Liaise with Project Managers and related parties to support accuracy in document requirements.
- To assist in reception duties when the receptionist is not around.
- Memo preparation upon required.
- To assist in flight, hotel, event booking when required.
- To assist in any secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Have at least Diploma / Certificate in any related discipline.Having at least 2 years secretarial tasks / administrative works in construction or engineering firm will be an added advantage.Candidate with experience in business development or tender submission will be prioritized.Hardworking, self-motivated person, independent, fast learner, systematic and able to do multi-tasking.Familiar with Microsoft Office.Must possessed good English communication and writing skill.Fresh graduate with good personalities will be considered.Benefits
