Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UIUX designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Set clear goals, conduct regular design reviews, and ensure consistent design quality across all deliverables.
- Manage workload, timelines, and priorities within the design team.
- Facilitate skill development and performance reviews for team members.
Design Strategy & Execution
Define and implement the design vision, strategy, and processes to enhance product usability and aesthetics.Translate business objectives and user insights into intuitive design solutions.Drive user-centered design thinking across all stages from research, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI design.Maintain design consistency through component libraries, design systems, and brand guidelines.User Experience & Research
Oversee user research, persona development, and usability testing to validate design decisions.Analyze user feedback and data to improve product experience.Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive UX practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.Communicate design concepts and rationales effectively to stakeholders and technical teams.Support product roadmap discussions and contribute to feature prioritization based on UX impact.Quality & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest UIUX trends, tools, and best practices.Drive innovation in design processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance productivity and creativity.Ensure all design outputs meet business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.Job Requirements
Bachelorâs Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or related field.4â8 years of experience in UIUX design, with at least 2â3 years in a leadership role.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and team leadership experience.Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.Job Benefits
