Senior UIUX Designer

Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in UI / UX design, preferably within the fintech industry Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory requirement) Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take ownership of projects Familiarity with trading workflows, financial data visualization, and responsive design principles. Background in finance, economics, or data-heavy applications. Experience with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Have a creative flair and strong ability to translate messages into design solutions and artwork.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team when new challenges arise.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
- To be up to date with design trends and technological advancements to constantly improve company products.
- Establish and maintain design systems and UI guidelines.
Qualifications
Special Requirements
Language Requirement : English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin speakers to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
Annual, Maternity, Paternity leave.
EPF and SOCSO contributions.
Work Life Balance
Supportive and collaborative environment.
Work Arrangement : This is an on-site position.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM.
