Scope of the Role :
We’re looking for a creative and data-obsessed Email Marketing Specialist to own and scale our email and SMS marketing channels . You’ll be responsible for building lifecycle automations, managing campaigns, and using data to turn subscribers into loyal brand advocates.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns (promos, launches, flows)
- Own and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, etc.)
- Develop strategies to grow and segment the subscriber list while maintaining deliverability
- Personalize content and messaging using audience segmentation and dynamic data
- Conduct A / B tests on subject lines, CTAs, creative, and send times
- Monitor and analyze performance (open rates, CTR, revenue, etc.) and report actionable insights
- Ensure brand consistency and high design standards across all communications
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and E-commerce teams to align campaigns with launches and goals
Requirements
Years of Experience
3+ years in email marketing, ideally in a DTC e-commerce environmentBackground
Proven experience creating and optimizing campaigns that drive conversionsFamiliarity with lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategiesStrong writing and editing skills with a flair for brand storytellingBonus : Experience with SMS marketing (e.g. Postscript, Attentive)Tools and Software
Klaviyo (strongly preferred) or similar email marketing platformSMS platforms (Postscript, Attentive, etc.)Google Analytics or other reporting toolsBasic HTML / CSS for email formatting (preferred)Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, or similar)
