We’re expanding our team and are looking for a high‑performing Senior Product Specialist to drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and champion our product portfolio in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers.
- Conduct effective product detailing, scientific presentations, and therapeutic discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive account penetration strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the marketing team.
- Support product launches, CMEs, RTDs, workshops, and other scientific activities.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on orders, listings, and customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
- Mentor junior reps where required and demonstrate leadership in the field.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.Strong scientific knowledge and ability to engage HCPs confidently.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently.Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport.Benefits
