Job Description

• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and method development tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, providing technical insights and application support.
• Conduct hands‑on training for customers on hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, organizing workshops, and supporting seminars to showcase product capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving application‑related issues.
• Perform sample testing, generate data reports, and provide recommendations to help close opportunities.
• Act as a technical advisor by sharing competitive intelligence and industry trends with internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Specialist should have :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chromatography applications, with strong theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Proven ability in method development and process improvement.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze research data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Customer‑focused, team‑oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; willing to travel locally and internationally.
