Track and monitor shipments from Thailand, China, Indonesia, Europe, and the US to destination ports (inbound). Monitor outbound shipments to domestic customers or distribution points. Use SAP freight / load system to manage shipment status and documentation for both inbound and outbound flows. Ensure correct customs documentation for inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure correct segregation of stock by origin and product type. Track outbound domestic deliveries to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance. Manage routine operational exceptions (stock discrepancies, warehouse capacity issues, slow-moving SKUs) and propose tactical solutions. Act as the operational contact for business operations related to order confirmations, stock inquiries, and urgent needs. Provide daily and weekly dashboards on inbound / outbound ETA vs plan, inventory accuracy, warehouse throughput, and OTIF. Highlight recurring operational issues and propose process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 2-6 years inbound and outbound coordination, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations. Exposure to multi-origin import / export flows and freight forwarding. Proficiency in SAP and WMS reporting tools. Solid knowledge of freight and warehouse costing with ability to contribute to decision-making. Strong follow-up, monitoring, and reporting skills. Job Details :
