Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum 7 years of working experience in finance / accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS / IFRS), taxation, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management strategies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive process improvement and digitalization of finance operations for efficiency.
- Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
