Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline. Educational background or strong interest in chemicals, materials science, process engineering, or industrial manufacturing. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners and review technical documentation provided in Mandarin. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in chemical process development, testing, and optimization within a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the R&D or Technical team in daily operations and project execution.
- Assist in developing and optimizing chemical processes, including product formulation, trials, and testing.
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, reports, and process specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, safety, and performance meet required standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in chemical innovation and manufacturing processes.
