Job Description :

Partner with the Head of Marketing to translate high-level strategies into actionable marketing plans.
Lead the execution of campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and drive client growth.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify tactical opportunities.

Brand & Positioning

Support the development of a strong and consistent brand identity in the forex and financial services space.

Ensure messaging is aligned across digital platforms, campaigns, and offline initiatives.

Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email).

Leverage performance data and analytics to improve targeting, engagement, and ROI.

Product & Campaign Launches

Collaborate with product and business teams to design and roll out go-to-market plans.

Lead the creation of marketing assets and communication strategies for new product releases.

Develop and manage initiatives to generate high-quality leads.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with client acquisition goals.

Performance & Reporting

Monitor KPIs across all campaigns and provide reports with actionable insights.

Recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and resource utilization.

Budget & Resource Management

Assist the Head of Marketing in managing budgets, ensuring campaigns remain cost-effective.

Allocate team resources effectively to deliver projects on time and at high quality.

Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and specialists.

Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture within the marketing function.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in forex, trading, or financial services.

Proven ability to manage digital campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding a small team.

Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing is a plus.
