Penerangan pekerjaanSupport the development of a strong and consistent brand identity in the forex and financial services space. Ensure messaging is aligned across digital platforms, campaigns, and offline initiatives. Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email). Leverage performance data and analytics to improve targeting, engagement, and ROI. Collaborate with product and business teams to design and roll out go-to-market plans. Lead the creation of marketing assets and communication strategies for new product releases. Develop and manage initiatives to generate high-quality leads. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with client acquisition goals. Monitor KPIs across all campaigns and provide reports with actionable insights. Recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and resource utilization. Assist the Head of Marketing in managing budgets, ensuring campaigns remain cost-effective. Allocate team resources effectively to deliver projects on time and at high quality. Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and specialists. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture within the marketing function. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in forex, trading, or financial services. Proven ability to manage digital campaigns and deliver measurable results. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding a small team. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing is a plus.
