Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in human resources management or any related field. Above 2 years of experiences in Training and development role in semiconductor industry. Familiarity with HRD Corp processes and ISO / QMS documentation. Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia. (need to deal with Taiwan counterparts)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the training and development policy
- Collaborate with all department leaders to identify training priorities based on the performance and skill gap, develop annual training plan, course evaluation, planning, and implementation
- E-learning system development and maintenance (including training newsletter)
- Internal and external training resource and project development, implementation, and execution
- Oversee HRD Corp (HRDF) claim submissions and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Training effectiveness evaluation and performance reporting
- Training venue planning, maintenance, and management
- Support supervisor-assigned tasks and HR-related work
