Responsibilities
Develop and implement the training and development policy
Collaborate with all department leaders to identify training priorities based on the performance and skill gap, develop annual training plan, course evaluation, planning, and implementation
E-learning system development and maintenance (including training newsletter)
Internal and external training resource and project development, implementation, and execution
Oversee HRD Corp (HRDF) claim submissions and compliance with statutory requirements.
Training effectiveness evaluation and performance reporting
Training venue planning, maintenance, and management
Support supervisor-assigned tasks and HR-related work
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or any related field.
Above 2 years of experiences in Training and development role in semiconductor industry.
Familiarity with HRD Corp processes and ISO / QMS documentation.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia. (need to deal with Taiwan counterparts)
