Assistant Manager, Employee Services & Wellbeing at Amway Business Services Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd

Job Responsibilities

Post and process manual journal entries in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Support balance sheet reconciliations
Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances
Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and audit requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues
Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects
Maintain accurate and organized supporting documentation for all entries

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience : 0–2 years in accounting or shared services (RTR experience preferred)

Technical : Basic knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP, SAP or similar ERP, Excel

Soft Skills : Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, teamwork

Language Proficiency : English
