About The Role Process authorized data cleansing project-related transactions within the required benchmarks.

Job Description

Process and assess client data across various systems to verify accuracy as per stipulated requirements. Manually process or rectify exceptional cases as needed. Support other teams during volume surges or urgent tasks.

Meet or exceed timelines and objectives for assigned tasks, projects, or workarounds.

Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and actively participate in team activities.

Attend and get certified through on-the-job training to qualify for processing and perform quality checks.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to meet operational needs.

Job Requirements

Recognized Bachelor's Degree qualification.

Fluent in spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese is an advantage. Passing SPM Chinese subject is mandatory.

Self-motivated with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Good work commitment, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a desk-bound environment, including shift work, weekends, overtime, and following the Hong Kong working calendar.
