As part of our expansion strategy, we would like to invite you to join this dynamic team. Your key responsibilities You’ll assist on GST return preparation, GST return review, GST due diligence, and GST training. You’ll support client engagements by coordinating with clients and internal team members, managing deadlines, and tracking engagement economics. You’ll actively contributing to the growth and development of the practice by taking operational responsibility and accountability for engagement team support and delivery. Advise how indirect taxes such as value added tax (VAT) or good & services tax (GST) impact clients’ supply chain and financial and accounting systems. Identify and address areas of risk, advise clients on the taxation implication of international trade and assist them in complying with customs regulations. Skills and attributes for success Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others Advanced written and verbal communication skills Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum of 2 years of work experience in indirect tax or a related field Ideally, you’ll also have Hands-on experience in GST technical review What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
