Responsibilities

• Provide inhouse staff training & development.
• Conduct presentation at secondary school / colleges / Universities and coordinate activities such as workshop or open days.
• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
• Development of learning materials, lesson plans, assignments, exams as well as monitor & report on student progress, discipline, achievement and attendance.
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Develop and recommend alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
• Keep up with developments in areas of expertise by reading current journals, books and magazine articles.
• Create awareness and develop our brand and services provided
