Oversee the design and optimization of credit risk models to support decision-making within the banking and financial services department. Lead a team of professionals to ensure effective credit risk evaluation and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align credit policies with business objectives and market trends. Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate potential risks. Provide expert advice on credit risk-related matters to senior management and other key stakeholders. Ensure the effective use of data analytics and technology to enhance credit scoring and limit management practices. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant. A degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field. Extensive experience in banking and financial services, with a focus on credit risk management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in credit risk modeling techniques. Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. Excellent knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
