Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant. A degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field. Extensive experience in banking and financial services, with a focus on credit risk management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in credit risk modeling techniques. Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. Excellent knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
