Working Hours Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to help parents in Singapore find suitable tuition teachers, based on the client\'s preferences.

Handle incoming tuition enquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Recommend and successfully match suitable tutors from our database

Build rapport with parents and assist them through the tuition matching process

Ensure follow-ups are handled smoothly

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Requirements

Degree holder, with 1 to 3 years of working experience

Speaks and writes well in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Good at talking to people, confident, and helpful

Self-motivated and able to work independently from home with

your own computer, phone, and internet

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education sector is a plus
