Job Description

• Supervise daily logistics operations and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with government bodies, banks, freight forwarders, and insurance providers.
• Manage warehouse activities including inventory control, stock movement, and asset maintenance.
• Handle customer complaints and lead investigations related to logistics issues.
• Conduct and verify monthly and annual stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and initiate customer satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities like the Statistics Department and Port Klang Authority.
• Renew licenses and agreements related to warehouse and transport operations.
• Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance team capabilities.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in line with ISO, HALAL, RSPO, and HACCP certifications.
