Head of Supply Chain - Process Mining Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

Your new company

A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Head of Supply Chain - Process Mining to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.

Your new role

• Operational Lead SC Process Mining for the team located in KL with a global area of responsibility.
• Drive change management towards a decentralised continuous improvement culture leveraging process mining based on Process Mining tools.
• Represent Global Business Services in tool selection for Process Mining software by participating in RFP (e.g. requirement engineering, review of responses) and POCs.
• Drive and manage initiative portfolios such as prioritisation criteria and resource planning and ensure alignment with other existing and / or planned initiatives.
• Manage the OtC Community to share best practices derived from Process Mining
