Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law is an added advantage. Good computer skills with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and willing to travel. Willing to relocate. Annual salary increment Annual medical benefits (for self and immediate family) 12 days of Annual Leave per year Special leave entitlements
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and daily HR operational matters.
- Ensure prompt and accurate updates and maintenance of HR and payroll records.
- Process and submit employee claims.
- Handle manpower recruitment activities.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all HR files and records.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
