What\'s the role
You will be part of the Shell Ethics and Compliance Office (SECO) organisation, reporting to the VP of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Data, Assurance & Risk Governance. The SECO team culture is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and ethical leadership. This role is essential in ensuring an E&C risk management framework is in place, with effective and efficient governance processes and structures which add value and meet the requirements of the Shell Performance Framework.
What you\'ll be doing
As the E&C Risk Governance Lead, you will have a multi-faceted role that has responsibility for managing and coordinating E&C risk management within SECO. You will also use your risk management experience to develop and continually improve E&C risk management and reporting.
You will work with SECO, SME legal leadership and relevant business / functional teams to identify and document potential and existing E&C risks, aiding Chief Ethics & Compliance Officers (CECO\'s) risk reporting to Shell\'s senior stakeholders.
