Summary Gushcloud International is on the lookout for a Senior Client Services Manager to spearhead our integrated marketing efforts in Malaysia. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead client service and account management functions. As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and campaign excellence across our integrated marketing services. You’ll act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and consistent delivery of high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities : Campaign Management - Lead the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., influencer marketing, KOLs, media buying, creative, performance marketing) to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives. Client Servicing and Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Act as their strategic partner by understanding their brand goals, providing insights, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with services delivered. - Ensuring consistent relationship management and quality delivery. Quality Assurance and Delivery - Ensure campaign execution aligns with agreed timelines, KPIs, and quality standards. - Troubleshoot issues proactively and drive continuous improvement. • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, brand strategy, or influencer marketing. - Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate effectively with local and regional clients. - Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
