Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and culturally aware Content Manager to lead our content strategy targeting the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Arabic-speaking audiences, cultural nuances, and content preferences. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, user engagement, and content-led conversion through a strategic mix of on-site and off-site content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a localized content strategy tailored for Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Own the content calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality publishing across all channels.
  • Oversee the production of SEO-optimized content in both English and Arabic, aligned with market trends and cultural relevance.
  • Manage content distribution across website sections, landing pages, UGC / community areas, and external platforms (Medium, social media, blogs).
  • Use CMS and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console) to track content performance, keyword rankings, and page quality.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) for content ideation and production support.
  • Collaborate with performance and data teams to analyze UTM-tagged content funnels (registration, deposit, LTV).
  • Maintain consistent tone, cultural sensitivity, and brand voice across all content assets.
  • Coordinate with KOLs, affiliates, and local market teams for cross-channel activation.

Requirements

Must-Haves :

  • 3–5 years of experience in content management, SEO, or digital publishing
  • Familiarity with Arabic-speaking markets, especially within the Gulf and North Africa regions
  • Strong understanding of Islamic cultural norms, digital behavior, and seasonal content trends (e.g., Ramadan, sports events)
  • Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving content-led organic traffic and conversion
  • Experience with CMS systems and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, GSC, SurferSEO)
  • Ability to manage and coordinate remote writers or localization freelancers
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker
  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, fintech, or affiliate marketing
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and copy-editing skills
  • Familiarity with user behavior in mobile-first or low-bandwidth markets
