Executive – Contract Logistics / SCM, Quality

Job descriptionEnsure compliance with company SOPs, work instructions, and customer-specific requirements Conduct regular checks, inspections, and audits on warehouse processes and documentation Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, or errors, and drive corrective actions to closure Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling of rework, returns, or special projects Work closely with operations to strengthen process controls and prevent recurring issues Maintain proper records of quality reports, audits, and corrective actions Train and guide staff on quality awareness and correct procedures Provide weekly and monthly quality performance reports to management and customers Escalate major issues to management and propose improvement measures Support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse productivity, accuracy, and customer service Minimum Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field At least 2 years of working experience in quality or warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment Basic knowledge of quality management principles and warehouse operations Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with different levels of people Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Overview
- To ensure warehouse operations comply with customer requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor and improve the quality of processes and outputs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Conduct investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in daily operationsProvide timely quality reports and updates to management and customers
- Act as the main contact point for all quality-related matters in the warehouse
- Accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time
