We’re looking for a talented, creative, and Forex-savvy Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you’ll lead FXIFY’s growth through localized, compliant, data-driven marketing that builds brand trust, drives quality sign-ups, and lifts revenue.

In more detail you will be responsible to :

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring projects align with company goals and are delivered on time.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, paid ads, affiliate marketing, content, and partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to expand partnerships and track performance.
  • Interpret multi-channel attribution data to optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure product updates, website changes, and landing pages align with business goals.
  • Work with copywriting and design teams to develop impactful marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Partner with external agencies to ensure optimal campaign execution and performance.
  • Create, manage, and track Jira tickets for development and design tasks to ensure clear communication and timely execution.
  • Work closely with data analysts to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies using Client Lifetime Value (LTV) analysis.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources for maximum ROI.
  • Measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing management or equivalent role, with proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Experience in Forex, Prop Firms, trading, or financial products is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and brand positioning. Experience in paid media would be a bonus.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and multi-language environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
  • Hybrid : Work from home on Wednesdays
