The ideal candidate involves managing staff, monitoring equipment and resources, and driving continuous improvement to achieve company goals in quality, safety, productivity, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage plant operations to achieve production targets, and efficiency improvement.
• Oversee warehouse management
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, etc) to ensure smooth operations.
