HR Executive supports the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, employee benefits administration, staff data management, HR legal document drafting, employee file maintenance, and foreign worker documentation. This role ensures HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
- Maintain payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll submission and verification.
2. Employee Benefits Administration
Manage and update employee benefits, including :Annual leave, medical leave, and unpaid leaveMedical claims and panel clinic coordinationAllowances (travel, attendance, meal, shift, etc.)Incentives, bonuses, and staff rewardsAssist employees with benefit-related inquiries.Maintain accurate benefits records.3. Staff Information & Records Management
Maintain complete and confidential employee personnel files.Update HRIS systems with staff changes (salary, position, department).Prepare letters and documents4. Legal & HR Documentation Drafting
Draft HR-related legal documentsEnsure documentation meets Malaysian labour law requirements.Assist in updating HR SOPs, policies, and internal workflows.5. Foreign Worker Documentation & Compliance
Handle documentation for foreign workers :Track expiry dates (passport, visa, permit) and update management.Liaise with agencies, government departments, and branches.6. HR Administrative & Support Functions
