Job descriptionOutstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations. Strong commercial judgment and ability to find the best travel solutions. Proficiency with GDS booking technology, preferably Amadeus, and our job management systems. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken). Proven industry experience in dedicated cruise ship sales within a travel agency, tour operator, or concierge business. Hands-on experience as a Cruise Specialist within a travel agency (preferred). Demonstrated success in flight sales, including complex itineraries and multi-sector routes, ideally using Amadeus or similar GDS systems. A deep enthusiasm for a wide variety of leisure and city destinations. A track record of creating bespoke luxury holidays for high-net-worth clients. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and the ability to go above and beyond to meet client needs. Ability to act with tact, diplomacy, and problem-solving finesse in all interactions. Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation, initiative, and drive to excel in the role. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication with a calm and professional demeanor. Adaptability to change and evolving environments; ability to work independently with accountability. Located anywhere in Malaysia. Secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or distractions. Internet service must meet minimum requirements as verified by a speed check. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken). Competitive salary depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus. Remote work arrangement (within Malaysian borders). Travel Concierge - Trilingual Speaker - Full remote in Malaysia
Join Our APAC Team in Malaysia as a Mandarin & Cantonese-Speaking Virtual Travel Consultant. We are looking for a dynamic Virtual Travel Consultant specializing in Lifestyle Management to complement our APAC team.
Position : Travel Consultant, responsible for fulfilling leisure travel requests for our global members. Location : Malaysia (remote).
What you’ll do
- Fulfill leisure travel requests for global members.
- Handle scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flight-only requests, with a high volume of first and business-class bookings.
- Provide top-tier service to ensure exceptional member satisfaction and encourage repeat usage of concierge services.

This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week role on a shift basis. Availability required between 07 : 00–22 : 00 local time, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
