Customer Service Executive

Job descriptionDiploma / Bachelor 9s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field. 1 22 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and coordination abilities. Experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms. Fast learner and adaptable to platform changes. Flexible - able to work on weekends and public holidays (subjected to campaign day).
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and calls.
- Manage order processing issues, returns, refunds, and delivery updates.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse and product teams to resolve customer inquiries.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback, trends, and issues.
- Assist in returns processing and resolve returns within SLA.
- Assist in testing and improving customer service workflows and tools.
