Job description1-3 years of proven experience in visual design and solutioning, with knowledge of digital marketing and content. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or any related field. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Basic knowledge of animation is a strong plus. Ability to think strategically, lead, multitask and execute brilliantly on complex projects. Good organizational skills with a commitment to quality, efficiency, client service, and professionalism. A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and interactive content. Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and the ability to design platform-specific content. Ability to design responsive web layouts and optimize digital assets for various devices. Expertise in photo and video editing. Innovative thinker with a knack for conceptualizing unique designs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design ideas. Experience with motion graphics or animations (a plus!). Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., SendGrid) is an advantage.

- Design marketing materials for integrated campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and a cohesive message.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's visual voice across all digital and offline touchpoints.
