Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Conduct outbound calling and use various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, existing database, social media) to identify and qualify potential customers; answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring timely follow‑ups and accurate documentation; upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager; assist the HOD with administrative matters where needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.High level of motivation and a results‑driven approach.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Reporting Structure
