Overview
Working Location : KLCCE HLA. Basic Salary RM 2,100; commission is separate, minimum RM 200–RM 900 above.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and manage the customer’s in-store experience, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable apparel to suit those needs.
- Offer alternatives to customers as appropriate and actively maintain a global brand image in line with company standards.
Requirements
Must be able to work according to retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.Good knowledge of spoken English; Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers; Bahasa Malaysia is also relevant.Customer service experience is valuable.Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply as there will be training provided.Benefits
