Test Lead - Automation (TOSCA)

• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in computer science & engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as Test Automation Technical Lead using TOSCA and other commercials tools.
• 4+ Years of Tricentis TOSCA hands on experience is mandatory for this position.
• Ability to manage 15+ team members
• Experience in working with the framework from using Opensource and commercials automation tools.
• Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.
• UI and / or API level test automation expertise.
• Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks in Web Applications, API, Mobile Testing and Service Virtualization in various delivery methodologies e.g., Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.
• Thorough understanding and hands on experience in developing, enhancing automation testing frameworks.
• Should have worked on industry popular test tools such as HP-ALM, QC, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Provide technical solution to the team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have worked on industry popular test management / defect management tools such as HP-ALM, QC, JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in working in multi-cultural, diverse, and remote virtual teams.
• Tosca certifications Automation Specialist (AS1 & AS2) is mandatory.
