Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing a full set of statutory financial accounts in accordance with the accounting standards issued by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board and approved by the Board of Directors of the company.
• Responsible for tax filing requirements, and tax computations of the companies within the Group.
• Responsible for accounts’ reconciliations, analyse variances and advise on financial implications of business decisions
• Apply and ensure compliance to accounting, financial and risk management policies and controls.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, tax authorities etc for statutory and legislative requirements
• Provide professional assistance in any corporate exercises namely risk management, financial feasibility studies, appropriate liaison with external stakeholders and any other financial related corporate activities undertaken by the group.
• Responsible for preparation of inactive subsidiary company account (including the preparation of tax / audit schedules).
• Any other assignments or ad-hoc requests by the superior.
