We are opening a new office in Kuala Lumpur and are looking for driven consultants specializing in Manufacturing.

The Role :

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of prestigious clients within the manufacturing sector. This role is perfect for a tenacious consultant who thrives on building relationships, understands the technical nuances of manufacturing roles, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle : from taking detailed job briefs and writing compelling job ads to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-calibre, passive talent for key manufacturing positions (e.g., Production Managers, Engineers, Plant Managers, Supply Chain specialists, Technicians, Quality Assurance).
• Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, becoming their strategic partner for all talent acquisition needs.
• Utilize a multi-channel approach to sourcing, including our premium database, social media (especially LinkedIn), job boards, headhunting, and professional networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation and closing, and provide post-placement follow-up.
• Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks within the Malaysian manufacturing industry.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team-based KPIs and revenue targets.
