Account & Tax Junior / Senior

Position 1

Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (MPERS / MFRS).

Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management reports.

Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (SSM, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, SST where applicable).

Perform variance analysis and highlight financial discrepancies.

Support client portfolio in accounting-related matters, liaising with auditors, bankers, and company secretaries.

For senior position : supervise juniors, review their work, and provide guidance / training.

Position 2 : Tax Junior / Senior

Responsibilities :

• Prepare corporate and individual tax computations, tax returns (Form C, B, BE, CP204, CP204A, CP204B, CP500, etc.) and submissions to LHDN.
• Assist clients in ensuring compliance with Income Tax Act, double tax treaties, SST Act, and other tax regulations.
• Advise clients on tax incentives, exemptions, and reliefs to optimize tax efficiency.
• Handle correspondence with tax authorities, respond to queries, and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Assist in tax audits and tax investigations including preparation of supporting documents and liaising with LHDN officers.
• Keep updated with the latest tax developments, legislation changes, and Public Rulings.
• For senior position : review junior staff’s tax workings, provide technical guidance, and manage multiple tax assignments independently.
