Product Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and launching new insurance products, as well as improving existing ones to meet customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead of the Product Development and end-to-end implementation process to ensure new product success.
• Ensure efficient communication to internal and / or external stakeholders.
• Conduct trainings and support on Product launch roadshows.
• Launch Product Campaigns for all channels alongside with the development of marketing & product materials.
• Support and ensure product strategy for Agency, Bancassurance and Alternative Channels are met.
• Support on focus group discussions with agents, customers and consumers.
• Stay close to the market and conduct market research to perform competitor analysis.
• Lead on regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
