Job descriptionTo be the first point of contact to business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through online marketing Manage business inquiries via phone, e-mail and / or live chat Provide outstanding service and support to client\'s advertisers, publishers and users Provide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role with your client Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other products Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management within your category of employment for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, or Master\'s Degree in any field At least 1 year of experience in inside / field sales as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Sales Representative, with strong exposure to cloud solutions (preferably Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Cloud architecture certification from any major provider is an added advantage (e.g. AWS Architect, Azure Architect, Microsoft Cloud Associate / Specialist) Solid understanding of Cloud Computing models including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
