The Day-To-Day Activities

Data Support

Prepare, transform, and maintain datasets to support reporting and analysis requirements across business units

Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing accurate and timely data for reporting and analysis purposes

Explore new data sources and design dataset to ensure data is structured, accurate, and ready for consumption by analysts and stakeholders

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on making data accessible, timely, and user-friendly for business users

Fulfil ad-hoc data requests by extracting, cleaning, and joining data from various sources to support insightful analysis

Data-Driven Enablement

Use data modelling to structure customer and transaction datasets, enabling personalized promotions and customer journey analysis by the business team

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Teams to ensure data pipelines, models, and reports meet analytical and decision-making needs

Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with business definitions to facilitate reliable and scalable use across the organization

About You

2-5 years of experience in a similar role, proficient in SQL and Python, with expertise in ETL processes and data modeling.

Skilled in developing dashboards and reports, particularly using Power BI.

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter, collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and experience building data models using Python are a plus.
