Production Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our Production team. This hands-on internship will provide practical exposure to manufacturing operations within a high-performing FMCG environment. You will support key process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and documentation efforts that contribute directly to plant efficiency and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES :

Be actively involved in daily on-site production operations and support the production team in routine activities.

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities in collaboration with production staff.

Perform data collection, statistical analysis, and evaluation to support process and productivity improvements.

Assist in the development, review, and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.

Create and maintain production support documentation such as process flows, work instructions, and productivity reports.

Participate in problem-solving sessions and support root cause analysis for operational issues.

Ensure all activities align with safety, quality, and food safety standards including ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000.

Here's what we're looking for :

• Academic Program : You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Production or any equivalent background.
• Skillset : You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar hands-on experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
• Personal traits : You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment :  You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
• Availability : You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
