Job Title : Project Manager – (High – Tech Construction / Data Center)

Working Location : Project in Vietnam

Reports To : Project Director / Regional Construction Head

Job Purpose

Leads the end-to-end delivery of high tech construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational uptime requirements. Coordinates design, engineering, and construction teams to meet technical, environmental, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from concept, design, and permitting to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and compliance with design intent and technical standards.
• Monitor construction progress, budgets, schedules, and quality metrics.
• Enforce data center‑specific safety, MEP, and redundancy standards (HVAC, electrical, fire systems, BMS).
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication across all phases.
• Ensure alignment with global data center design and operational frameworks.
• Prepare and present progress and performance reports to management and clients.
• Strong technical understanding of mission‑critical infrastructure (MEP, electrical distribution, cooling systems).
• Proven leadership in high‑value, fast‑track construction environments.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving.
