What You’ll Do

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
• Partner with category managers and internal teams to develop and validate sourcing strategies.
• Lead sourcing events and supplier negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and service goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborator happiness to ensure continuous improvement.
• Analyze sourcing trends and support supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting.
• Recommend ways to increase value through spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, and supplier innovation.
• Cost Management & Market Intelligence
• Identify savings and revenue opportunities within assigned categories. Offer market insights and pricing trends to internal collaborators. Use cost models and benchmarks to guide smart, data-driven decisions. Track and report on savings, revenue impact, and key performance metrics.
• Contracting & Negotiation
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions. Ensure contracts align with business goals, compliance standards, and supplier capabilities. Consolidate sourcing events into strategic negotiation plans that deliver measurable results.
• Collaborator Engagement & Collaboration
• Build positive relationships with internal partners to align procurement strategies with business needs. Promote a customer-focused approach to supplier management and issue resolution. Collaborate across functions to improve supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience.
• What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier relationship management!
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven success in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
