Rework Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and modification of electronic assemblies and components according to quality and engineering standards.
• Carry out soldering, de-soldering, component replacement, and rework using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate execution of rework tasks.
• Conduct functional testing and inspection to verify product reliability and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of rework activities, adhere to safety guidelines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
