Responsibilities
- Penyelenggaraan Peralatan : Memastikan peralatan yang digunakan dalam kedai, seperti pendingin beku, mesin pembungkusan, sistem HVAC, atau sistem elektrik, berfungsi dengan baik.
- Pembaikan Kerosakan : Apabila peralatan rosak, technician perlu mendiagnosis masalah dan menjalankan pembaikan dengan cepat untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi kedai.
- Penyelenggaraan Preventif : Technician juga perlu menjalankan pemeriksaan berkala untuk memastikan peralatan dalam keadaan baik dan mencegah kerosakan yang tidak dijangka.
- Bekerjasama dengan Pasukan Lain : Kerja ini biasanya melibatkan kerjasama dengan pasukan pengurusan dan staf lain untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi harian kedai.
