Overview

Role : Personal Assistant (Full-time, on-site) at VIRIDIS Engineering in WP Kuala Lumpur.

The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage communications, handle diary management, and support daily operations with clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative assistance to the leadership team
• Manage communications and correspondence
• Handle diary / schedule management and calendar coordination
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings as required
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support daily operations
